Very thought-provoking book. Easy to read. Now I have a much clearer understanding of what the Four Noble Truths is. Never thought I could grasp the meaning of it in such a simple way! Thank you for making this jewel available for free!

I read this book trying to understand living more mindfully in the present. I am a practicing follower of Jesus and found this book a useful supple toward that end. It was also helpful in allowing me a greater insight into eastern spiritual mindset and culture, which helps me feel more connected to 1st century Palestinian Christians.

A very clear and informative resource that explains the Four Noble Truths perfectly yet leaves the door open for reflection. If I could give it 10 stars I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
